Who it’s for

Contractors with a working foundation who are tired of waiting for the phone to ring on its own.

Problems we solve

We run SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads as one coordinated system, so leads come in on a schedule instead of when referrals feel like it.

Construction Has the Highest Google Ads Conversion Rate of Any Major Industry at 5.13%

When someone searches “excavation contractor near me,” most of the time they’re not just browsing. They have a project and they’re ready to call. That intent is why paid ads in construction convert at rates other industries can’t touch. But ads only capture the people searching right now. SEO captures the ones who will search next week, next month, and next year.

When both channels run together, ad data sharpens your keyword targeting while SEO rankings lower your cost per lead over time. The pipeline gets stronger and cheaper to maintain the longer it runs.

A Customer Pipeline That Gets Stronger Every Month It Runs

Ongoing lead generation through two channels that work differently but reinforce each other. SEO builds visibility over time and gets harder for competitors to displace the longer it runs. Paid ads produce qualified leads on a timeline you control.

Monthly Technical SEO Review

A structured review of your site’s technical health every month. Crawl errors, indexing issues, speed problems, broken links. The things that quietly prevent Google from ranking your pages get caught and fixed before they cost you visibility.

On-Page Optimization of Priority Pages

Your highest-value pages get optimized on an ongoing basis. Title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, content improvements. As search patterns shift and competitors adjust, your pages stay tuned to the terms that bring in the right work.

Local SEO Improvements

Citation building, local directory alignment, geo-targeted content updates. The signals that tell Google your business is real, active, and relevant in the specific cities and counties where you operate.

Google Business Profile Ongoing Alignment

Your GBP gets reviewed and refined every month against what the rest of the marketing is building. Service areas, categories, business description, photos. The profile reinforces your search strategy instead of working against it.

Google Ads Campaign Management

Account setup, conversion tracking, campaign structure, keyword and audience configuration, initial ad creation. From there, ongoing monitoring and optimization every month. Bids get adjusted, underperforming ads get replaced, new opportunities get tested.

Meta Ads Campaign Management

Account setup, pixel and tracking coordination, campaign build, audience setup, initial ad creation. From there, ongoing campaign monitoring and optimization every month, with creative and audience refinement based on what’s converting on Facebook and Instagram.

Audience and Keyword Refinement

Targeting gets sharper every month based on what the data shows across both ad platforms and SEO. Keywords and audiences that attract the wrong leads get cut. The ones that convert well get expanded. The goal is fewer wasted clicks and more of the calls you actually want.

Budget Pacing Oversight

Your ad spend is monitored throughout the month so it’s distributed evenly across both platforms and not burning through too fast or too slow. Covers up to $5,000/mo in ad spend per platform. Management fees for higher spends are quoted separately.

Monthly Reporting

SEO progress, ad performance across both platforms, lead volume, cost per lead, what changed, and what’s planned for next month. The data from one channel informs the next: search terms that convert in ads become priority keywords for SEO, geographic patterns in Meta shape where SEO efforts get focused, and every channel gets sharper because they’re not running in isolation.

Does This Sound Like You?

The contractors and local service businesses running Local Domination are usually dealing with one of these situations.

Foundation Is Set but the Pipeline Isn’t Filling Up

The website is built, the Google Business Profile is in good shape, the basics are working. The problem now is that nothing is actively driving traffic to any of it.

Running One Channel and Hoping It’s Enough

You’ve got Google Ads going, or you’re trying SEO on the side, or someone’s running Facebook posts. One channel in isolation isn’t producing what the business needs, and you don’t have time to figure out what’s missing.

Vendors With No Coordination

SEO is with one company. Ads are with another. Nobody is talking to each other and nothing is informing anything else. The reports don’t connect, and the strategy across channels doesn’t exist.

Ad Spend With Nothing to Show

Money goes out every month into ads that may or may not be working. The reporting is thin, the leads are inconsistent, and nobody’s optimizing the campaigns based on what the data is actually showing.

Outranked by Competitors You Should Be Beating

Contractors with worse work and weaker reputations are showing up above you in search results and ad placements. They invested in visibility. You haven’t yet, and you can feel the pipeline shift as a result.

Feast or Famine With No Way to Smooth It Out

Some months the pipeline is full, others it’s empty. There’s no system filling in the gaps when referrals slow down, and the seasonality is hitting harder every year.

What to Expect Once We’re Up and Running

Once the campaigns are live, the ongoing workload on your side is close to zero.

What Comes After

Growth Accelerator is what Local Domination becomes when the business is ready for more. Every service running in your Local Domination engagement carries forward, with Ryan and Clay directly involved in strategy, both ad platforms managed under one system, GHL setup, and continuous design and content production layered on top. For most businesses, Local Domination runs for a year or more before that next step makes sense.

Questions About Local Domination

The questions contractors ask most before committing to a multi-channel growth package.
How long before this produces leads?
Paid ads can put leads in your pipeline within the first few weeks. SEO is slower. It builds over months and compounds over years. The 90-day initial term exists because most paid campaigns need at least that long to produce data worth making decisions on, and SEO needs at least that long to start showing meaningful movement. After 90 days, you’ll have data showing what’s working across all three channels.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is always paid directly by you to Google and Meta, never marked up, never included in the management fee. The $2,000/mo covers the management work across all three channels. Ad spend is on top of that, paid into your own ad accounts. Most clients run between $1,500 and $5,000/mo per platform in ad spend depending on market and competitiveness.
What's a realistic ad budget?
Most clients we work with run between $1,500 and $5,000/mo in ad spend per platform. The right number depends on your market, your services, and how aggressive your competition is. We’ll recommend a starting budget during the initial conversation. Local Domination covers up to $5,000/mo in ad spend per platform; higher spends are quoted separately.
Do I own my accounts?
Yes. Everything. Your Google Ads account, your Meta Ads account, your Search Console, your analytics, your content. Every asset goes into your name and stays there. If you ever leave, it all goes with you. In writing from day one.
Can I just run one channel instead of all three?
Local SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads are also available as standalone monthly services. Local Domination exists because the three channels working together produce better results than any one of them alone, and the bundle is priced below the sum of the parts. Standalone requests are considered case by case.
What if I don't have a Foundation built yet?
Local Domination is designed for clients with a working digital foundation already in place. If your website, SEO structure, and Google Business Profile aren’t there yet, the Business Foundation build comes first. Without it, the ads and SEO work would be running into a site that can’t convert the traffic.

Ranking on page one isn’t enough anymore. The contractors getting the calls are the ones in the top three positions. Local Domination is how you earn those spots and stay in them while the competition fights over what’s left.
