Growth Accelerator

$5,000/mo | Limited to 3-5 clients | Application and approval required
6-month initial term. Month-to-month after that with 30 days written notice.

Who it’s for

Established contractors past $1.5M in revenue who want one team running every channel of their marketing, not another vendor to manage.

Problems we solve

We turn marketing from a scattered set of vendors and reports into one coordinated system, with Ryan and Clay involved in every strategic marketing decision month over month.

Contractors Who Run Their Marketing Under One Strategy See 90% Higher Returns From the Same Spend

When your SEO data informs your ad targeting, when your ad performance shapes your content priorities, and when your website is continuously optimized based on what both channels are showing, every dollar works harder because nothing runs in isolation.

For a contractor doing $1M+ with budget already going toward SEO, ads, and website work, putting one team in charge of all of it is the difference between spending money and investing it.

One Team. One Strategy. Every Channel Working Together.

SEO, paid advertising, and ongoing website optimization managed as a single system. Monthly strategy calls, cross-channel reporting, and a 30-day action plan built around what the data is actually showing. Every channel informs the others, and every decision is made with the full picture in view.

Local SEO Running Continuously

Ongoing technical SEO, on-page optimization, citation building, geo-targeted content updates, and local signal building. Every month, the site gets sharper, the local footprint gets stronger, and the rankings get harder for a competitor to displace.

Google and Meta Ads Management

Full campaign management across both platforms under one coordinated strategy. Account structure, conversion tracking, audience targeting, bid management, creative testing, and budget pacing handled end to end on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Covers up to $5,000/mo in ad spend per platform. A third platform can be added at +$750/mo.

Google Business Profile Refinement

Your GBP is treated as a primary asset, not a setup-and-forget property. Service areas, categories, business descriptions, photos, and posts get reviewed and refined every month so the profile reinforces everything else the marketing is building.

Monthly Implementation Tasks Built In

Beyond the ongoing SEO work, every month includes scoped implementation tasks executed alongside the campaigns. Service page optimization, landing page edits, FAQ additions, local page improvements, content updates. Each task is defined at the start of the month and tied to a specific performance goal so there’s no ambiguity about what’s getting done and why.

Design and Content Production

Every month includes production credits for the materials a growing business actually needs: additional SEO pages, additional website pages, landing pages, blog uploads, business cards, yard signs, flyers, social graphics. The work is built into the package instead of getting quoted separately.

Strategy Sessions With Ryan and Clay

Direct strategic involvement from the founders every month. One performance review, one forward-looking strategy call. The reporting call covers what happened. The strategy call sets the next 30 days. Both run with Ryan and Clay directly, not a delegated account manager.

GHL Sub-Account Setup and Customizations

A GoHighLevel sub-account configured around your business, with customizations built around how you actually capture and route leads. GHL access is exclusive to Growth Accelerator clients and gives you a deeper layer of automation and lead-handling than what TulBoxx provides on its own.

Dedicated Team Support

Ongoing access to your dedicated team between scheduled calls, with same-business-day response on questions. If something changes in your market or your business that affects the strategy, we adjust without waiting for the next call.

Six Months to Build a Permanent Work Pipeline

Growth Accelerator runs on a six-month initial term because the marketing that produces lasting results needs real time to compound. SEO rankings climb and hold. Ad campaigns mature past the testing phase and into steady performance. Strategy decisions made in month one get judged on what they produced by month six. The runway is built so the pipeline is still producing long after the initial term ends.

Does This Sound Like You?

Contractors at this level share a specific set of frustrations with how their marketing is running.

Paying Multiple Vendors With Nobody Connecting Them

One company for SEO, another for ads, maybe a freelancer for social media. Each one sends their own report with their own metrics. Nobody is looking at the full picture, and the owner is the only person trying to connect the dots between them.

Marketing Starts and Stops With the Workload

When the phone slows down, marketing becomes urgent. When jobs pick up, it gets dropped. Six months later the pipeline is empty again. The pattern repeats because there’s no system running consistently in the background.

Outgrew the Setup That Got the Business This Far

The marketing structure that worked at $500K doesn’t work at $1.5M+. The pipeline needs more sophistication, the reporting needs more depth, and the strategy needs someone senior in the room making the calls. The current setup hit its ceiling a year ago.

Hired a Marketing Coordinator Who’s Overwhelmed

Brought someone in-house to handle marketing, but without industry knowledge or strategic direction they’re guessing. The owner still ends up making most of the decisions, and the coordinator spends most of their time on tasks that don’t move the needle.

SEO and Ads Running in Different Directions

The SEO company is targeting one set of keywords. The ads are targeting another. The website was built by a third party who’s no longer involved. Nothing is aligned, and the data from one channel never informs the other.

Growing Fast and Marketing Can’t Keep Up

Revenue is climbing, the team is expanding, new service areas are opening up. The marketing that worked at $500K doesn’t scale to $2M. Decisions need to happen faster, the strategy needs to adjust monthly, and there’s nobody in the seat making that happen.

What to Expect Once We’re Up and Running

The Growth Accelerator runs on a monthly rhythm designed to keep you informed without pulling you into daily execution.
1

Monthly Rhythm

Two calls per month with Ryan and Clay on a fixed schedule. One focuses on performance data and what the numbers are showing. The other focuses on strategy and what happens next. Between calls, the work runs without your involvement.

  • Two scheduled calls per month with Ryan and Clay (reporting + strategy)
  • Written 30-day action plan delivered after every strategy call
  • Cross-channel reporting covering all active platforms
  • 6-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days written notice
2

What You Need to Do

Attend the two monthly calls. Approve strategic direction when it shifts. Let us know when your business changes in ways that affect the marketing, like new service areas, new hires, or seasonal priorities.

  • Join two calls per month
  • Approve major strategic shifts when they come up
  • Share business updates that affect targeting or messaging
3

How Communication Works

Your team knows your account, your trade, and your market. Questions get answered within the business day. If something urgent comes up between calls, you’re not waiting two weeks for a response.

  • Dedicated team with full context on your business
  • Same-day response on questions between calls
  • Strategy adjustments happen in real time when the data calls for it

Questions About the Growth Accelerator

The questions contractors ask most before committing to full-service growth management.
How do I know if my business is ready for this level of investment?
The Growth Accelerator is designed for established contractors doing $1.5M+ in annual revenue who already have a website and some form of marketing running. The fit indicator is usually frustration: nobody is managing the full picture, the marketing is fragmented across vendors, and the business has the volume and margin to justify a senior team running it. If you’re earlier than that, the Business Foundation build or Local Domination package is the better starting point.
Can I add a second ad platform?
The Growth Accelerator is capped at 3-5 clients at any given time so Ryan and Clay can stay directly involved in every account. The application and approval step exists to confirm the business is the right fit for that level of involvement, that the marketing scope makes sense for what we deliver, and that we have capacity to take on a new client. Most applications are answered within a few business days.
What does "up to 2 defined implementation tasks" actually mean?
Growth Accelerator includes management of up to two ad platforms (Google Ads and Meta Ads) by default. If a third platform makes sense for your market, it can be added at +$750/mo and managed under the same strategy with unified reporting.
What happens in the strategy calls?
The strategy call covers priorities for the coming month based on current performance data. Which pages to optimize, how to adjust ad targeting across platforms, where the biggest opportunities are, and what the 30-day plan should focus on. Ryan and Clay run the call directly. You bring business context (upcoming projects, seasonal shifts, capacity changes). We bring the data and the recommendations. Together we set the direction.
Do I need a website before starting?
The Growth Accelerator includes the full Business Foundation build if your site needs to be built or rebuilt. If your existing site is functioning and ready to handle traffic, the foundation work isn’t repeated. Either way, you don’t need to come in with a working website already in place.
What if I'm currently working with another agency?
We’ll review what’s in place, assess what’s working, and build a transition plan. If your current SEO has been building momentum, we can continue that work without starting over. If your ad campaigns are structured well, we can take over management. The goal is to preserve what’s working and fix what’s not, with full transparency about what we’re changing and why.

Builders Who Invest 4%+ of Revenue in Marketing Achieve 29% Gross Markups and 9% Net Profit Margins

That benchmark comes from a six-year study of over 8,000 builders. The contractors reaching those numbers have one thing in common: their marketing runs as a system, not a collection of disconnected tactics. The Growth Accelerator is how that system gets built and managed.

Let’s talk about what your marketing looks like right now and whether this is the right fit.
